About Jillian

My name is Jillian Jacoby, I am a licensed esthetician that specializes in cosmetic tattooing and eyelash extensions. I was previously employed in the medical field for 8 years which brought me great experience, yet I decided to follow my passion in the beauty industry. I formerly attended beauty school in Pismo Beach,CA, massage training at the American institute of natural healing in the East Bay area where I worked as an esthetician and massage therapist for a couple of years before working in the medical field as a phlebotomist and laboratory assistant. My permanent cosmetics training was in Huntington Beach at the Academy of permanent makeup where I received 100 hours of one on one training with instructors and successfully completed procedures on live models. I am registered with the San Luis Obispo County Health Department as a body artist. I have been trained extensively on the health and safety of this line of work when dealing with each individual. I am also certified through NovaLash as a eyelash extension artist. I truly love what I do and making a difference in people's lives is so rewarding to my soul.
